BOOKING INFORMATION
Prices - from £450 to £750 for a week from £350 for a 3 night weekend. Four night mid week breaks are by arrangement.
Bookings - these will be from Friday to Friday. Long weekends and mid-weeks can be arranged too.
Deposits - We require a 20% non returnable deposit to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday.
We also require a returnable housekeeping deposit of £100 to cover any breakage or damage which must be presented on payment of balance. This deposit cheque is not cashed and will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage.
Holiday Insurance - we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover the cost of your holiday in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday.
Rowan House has a strict no smoking policy.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets, but would welcome a guide dog by arrangement.
Arrival/departures - We ask that you arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am to give us time to prepare for all our guests properly.
